Shipping and Handling

• Free Shipping Within Canada and the 48 Continental US States - We Do Not Ship to Hawaii and Alaska
• At the present time we do not ship outside of Canada and the United States
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Military APO, FPO, or AE
• We Pay the duty and brokerage fees
• Worry free shipping - Experts in clearing customs and shipping to the United States.
• We do all the necessary paperwork to get the mantel to your door step.

Purchaser Responsibility

• It is responsibility of the purchaser to be present on the date of delivery.
• It’s important that you fully inspect the fireplace mantel in the presence of the carrier, and ask the driver to make note on the Bill of Lading in the event of any damage.
• If you sign the Bill of Lading without inspecting, you are agreeing that the shipment was received free of damage.
• Important that you immediately report damage to the carrier and file an insurance claim.

Merchandise Returned for Refund

• All fireplace mantels returned for refund must be in perfect and new condition, never installed and in original packaging with all manufacturer’s accessories.
• If the fireplace mantel cannot be resold as new, it cannot be returned for refund.
• 20% of the sale price constitutes the restocking fee. This fee applies for all merchandise returned for refund.
• Certain fireplace mantels could be considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
• No returns are accepted beyond 10 days from shipped date.
• The customer is responsible for shipping the packages to us and paying for the shipment.
• We recommend that the customer insure the package when shipping it as we are not responsible for damage or loss of any package shipped to us.
• We recommend the following shipping methods: FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Postal Service (Certified or Registered, Return Receipt Requested)
